Questions and answers

What happens if someone does not come?

A room is freed after 15 minutes and a desk after 60, with a last call first; both are settings.

Are departments charged?

Only when the finance head sets rates; inside one company it is a journal, with no invoice.

Do we need special devices?

It works with: Printed QR stickers, Air quality and occupancy sensors. Each device is added once in the CCC and shared by every module that needs it.

How does it reach our books?

Departments' space charges posted to the books.
