About prices and payment
Do we need a card to start the trial?
No. Register, choose your solutions and use CCC with your own data for 8 days. The trial includes ₹1,000 of credit for messages, checks, AI and Finance actions.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Screens become view-only until you go live, and everything works again the moment you pay. Safety functions like SOS and fire alarms never stop. If you pay during the trial, your paid period starts that day and the free days left end.
How is CCC priced?
By what you run: per camera, employee, door, location or meter, with add-ons where you need them. Pay monthly or yearly. GST at 18% is added on the invoice.
Do we need our own servers?
No. Lingsaa runs CCC and every Lingsaa app for you, hosted in India. Large organizations can ask Lingsaa for a dedicated copy.
How do the Lingsaa apps work with CCC?
HRMS, Visitor, Gate, Finance and CRM connect to CCC by themselves. CCC sets your organization up in each one, and your people open them already signed in.
What does the wallet pay for?
Things you use rather than own: text and WhatsApp messages, PAN, bank and GST checks, AI, and API calls above the daily free allowance. You recharge it like a prepaid phone.
Can we change our plan later?
Yes, any time. Add cameras or employees as you grow; a change mid-period is charged only for the days left.
